Terms and conditions

1.Builder purchase:
Our services are Free of cost i.c. zero percent fees
From the buyer / purchaser only if the Builder! Developer / seller o willing to pay 2% commissions on the commercial /residential/ Industrial purchase.

2.Resale:
we charge 2% commission on the total sale purchase value including all monetony components in purchase or sale of commercial residential or Industrial properties.

3. Lease\Leave & license:
our rental commission structure on leave and
license properties is based on a monthly incremental charge as described here in
payment is due immediately at the time of signing agreement or at the registration, whichever earlier.

4.Total agreement tenure including lock in period:

1 yrs – 1 Month’s Licensee fees
2 yrs – 1.5 Month’s Licensee fees
3 yrs – 2 Month’s Licensee fees
1 to 5 yrs – 3 Month’s Licensee fees

5. Renewal of leave. & license agreement:
The licensor\ licensed agrees to pay
Commission structure is as described in leave & license para.
payment is due immediately at the time of Signing the agreement or at the registration, Whichever earlier.

6.Good & Service tах and T.D.S:
GST is applicable @18%. we will provide you with a GST Tax Invoice.
If T.D.S is deducted then T.D.S certificate or online details if processed through the
Government’s website portal has to be furnished immediately.

7: Payment:
payment is due when the agreement is a signed.
Registration of the agreement deed is highly recommended.
